Switch from Harvest without losing the trail

Run both systems briefly, reconcile the history, then invite only the people who need access.

1. Choose a cutover date. Finish approvals and invoices already in flight.
2. Connect or export. Harvest CSV time import is available now; guided API migration is in assisted beta.
3. Validate first. Review source counts and expected seat impact.
4. Import and reconcile. Compare totals by person, project and date.
5. Invite deliberately. Historical people receive no access automatically.
6. Start tracking. Keep Harvest read-only through the first YakTimer week.
