Request account deletion

Email support@yakware.com from your account email address with the subject YakTimer account deletion.

Tell us which account to delete. We verify ownership before processing the request. If you belong to an employer's account, tell us whether you want your personal login removed or, as the owner, the entire team's account closed.

Include any active subscription so we can help cancel billing. Working data is removed within 30 days after verification, except information required for legal or accounting obligations; backups expire on a rolling schedule.

You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion. Device-only drafts can be removed in Settings or by removing the app's local data.
